Our company was founded in Pueblo, Colorado, and has since expanded state-wide. This expansion allowed access to a much wider range of resources, including more office locations and a larger pool of drivers to support our clients. We serve the entire state of Colorado for their NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) needs.

Today my driver was Kris and she was just so awesome. Medride had my old address still on file and so even though she was sent to the wrong address she still came to pick me up and got us to my son's appointment on time. It was an overall great experience and I have to say Kris is my favorite driver. She is so nice, easy to conversate with, and does her job exceptionally well. Thank you Kris!!!

I've used their service three times now. Their drivers are very respectful and the people answering the phones for scheduling and such are always very courteous and helpful.

This company is impressive! Their customer service from beginning to end is so rare these days. My ride was confirmed twice by the company and so very politely as if I was a VIP. The driver arrived exactly on time in a beautiful clean car and he was so professional. I have had a lot of rides this last year and this was far and away the best. I would never hesitate to use them again and I think they were reasonably priced.
